Mission
- Deliver a high-quality educational process oriented toward competency and the development of Management science.
- Conduct research activities to develop and discover management concepts, models, and theories recognized nationally and internationally.
- Carry out community service and outreach activities through concrete actions aligned with community needs.
- Establish collaborations with domestic and international institutions, particularly in areas related to Management.

Goals
- Produce competent and professional graduates through the development of management knowledge relevant to advancements in science and technology.
- Generate research outputs that contribute to the advancement of Management science.
- Realize community service initiatives that address societal challenges, particularly in financial management, human resources, and marketing.
Target
- Seventy percent of students graduate on time.
- Graduates achieve a minimum GPA of 3.75.
- Improvement of the study program’s educational facilities.
- Increase in the number of graduates with a minimum TOEFL score of 500.
- A 10% increase in publications in reputable national and international journals.
- Eighty percent of academic services conducted digitally.
- Strengthen collaboration between the faculty and study programs with overseas universities and companies, with each study program having at least one collaboration with financial value.
