Assalamu’alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh, The Master’s Program in Management Science at Universitas Sumatera Utara was established in 2001 and has been awarded Excellent accreditation. The program offers three areas of specialization: Human Resource Management, Financial Management, and Marketing Management. The program’s vision is to become a leading Master’s program in management and to produce competitive graduates in the ASEAN region by 2025. To achieve this vision, the Master’s Program in Management Science continuously updates its curriculum and invites experts from both national and international institutions to teach and serve as speakers in seminars organized by the program. The program also provides comprehensive learning facilities, including comfortable classrooms, internet access, laboratory equipment, and a dedicated reading room for postgraduate students. To date, the Master’s Program in Management Science, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Sumatera Utara, has produced 967 graduates, many of whom are now working as lecturers at public and private universities, professionals in state-owned and regional-owned enterprises, as well as employees in private companies.
