The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Sumatera Utara, issued Circular Letter Number 6290/UN5.1.4/PD/EB/TR.01.00/2026 concerning Academic Community Activities within the Faculty of Economics and Business USU Environment.

These provisions were established as an effort to maintain the security, order, and comfort of the campus environment, while also supporting Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education through the creation of a conducive educational environment, as well as SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions through the implementation of regulations and orderly campus environmental management.

According to the circular letter, students are permitted to carry out activities within the FEB USU environment Monday–Saturday until 6:00 p.m. WIB, with an exception for Master's Program (S2) and Doctoral Program (S3) students who are attending classes. After 6:00 p.m. WIB, students are required to leave the FEB USU environment, except for activities that have received prior permission.

In addition, student activities are not permitted on Sundays within the FEB USU environment. All members of the academic community are encouraged to comply with these provisions to create a safe, orderly, and comfortable campus environment.
