Great news for final-year students and fresh graduates! An exciting opportunity is available to develop your potential, gain professional experience, and start your career through the NEXTUP Early Career Program 2027/2028 and Graduate Trainee Program.

🌱 1. NEXTUP Early Career Program 2027/2028

This program is designed for D4/Bachelor’s degree students in semesters 7–8, offering several benefits:

  • Final project financial assistance to support thesis completion.

  • Internship opportunities in operational units.

  • Career opportunities through the Graduate Trainee program after graduation and successful program evaluation.

🌱 2. Graduate Trainee Program – We Are Hiring!

Several positions are available based on educational background and competencies:

  • Field Assistant Trainee: Agronomy, Soil Science, Forestry, Plant Pests and Diseases, Plantation Management, and Palm Oil Processing Engineering.

  • Traction Assistant Trainee: Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, and Automotive Engineering.

  • Mill Assistant Trainee: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Chemical Engineering.

  • Administration Assistant Trainee: Accounting.

📌 General Requirements:

  • Active D4/Bachelor’s degree students in semesters 7–8 for NEXTUP.

  • Minimum GPA of 3.00.

  • Active student status certificate.

  • Willingness to be assigned according to company needs.

  • Educational and graduation requirements are subject to each program’s provisions.
