Saturday, April 20, 2024 - The Faculty of Economics and Business of Universitas Sumatera Utara (FEB USU) held an activity "Bimtek Mapping Tendik FEB USU" at Hotel Adi Mulia Medan. This event invited Mrs. Vivi Gusrini Rahmadani Pohan, S.Psi, M.A, M.Sc, Ph.D, Ps. This event was attended by all FEB USU employees.
The event began with the presentation of the material. The first material discussed "Employee Competency Development Strategies" and ended with a question and answer session and then snacks. Then, the second material discusses "Building a Competent Team in the Workplace".
The employees were quite enthusiastic at this event, with a number of questions in the question-and-answer session. It is expected that this activity can improve the competence of employees as individuals and teams, so that FEB USU can also improve services to students and the general public.
