The activity featured representatives from Infobank Media Group and PT Askrindo (Persero) to provide young people with an understanding of the importance of financial literacy, risk management, and financial protection. The theme was considered relevant to the development of Generation Z's lives, which are increasingly connected to various digital-based financial services and products.
In its remarks, FEB USU conveyed that easy access to financial services needs to be balanced with a good understanding so that young people can make wise financial decisions. For students, financial literacy is an important foundation for understanding various financial products and services, managing risks, and preparing themselves to face various financial challenges in the future.
Through this activity, students were also encouraged not only to understand the use of financial services but also to recognize the importance of protection as part of financial planning. Discussions and presentations by the speakers were expected to provide practical insights that students can apply in their daily lives.
The implementation of the Infobank x Askrindo Literacy Roadshow 2026 also supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, through strengthening knowledge and skills relevant to students. Improving financial literacy is part of learning that can equip young people with the ability to make more informed decisions in their economic and financial lives.
FEB USU expressed its appreciation to Infobank Media Group and PT Askrindo (Persero), the speakers, and all parties who supported the implementation of the activity. Similar collaborations are expected to continue to be developed as part of efforts to broaden students' insights and strengthen financial literacy among young people.
