The Doctoral Program in Management Science at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) is an advanced academic program that explores organizational theory, behavioral science, research paradigms and methodologies, as well as contemporary theories and research across various management fields, including finance, marketing, strategy, human resources, operations, and innovation. The program aims to equip students with an in-depth understanding of current theories, concepts, and research methodologies in the field of management. Established in 2009, the program comprises coursework and dissertation research, with a study period ranging from three to five years.
