The Innovation, Scientific Writing, and Intellectual Property Institute (LIPIHKI) of Universitas Sumatera Utara has reopened its scientific publication services for lecturers and researchers within the university. The services include manuscript mentoring, proofreading, and similarity checking to support the improvement of research publication quality.
This initiative aims to assist academics in producing high-quality scientific manuscripts, meeting publication standards, and enhancing the competitiveness of research outputs at both national and international levels. Furthermore, the services are expected to strengthen the research culture and promote the dissemination of scientific knowledge within Universitas Sumatera Utara.
Through the provision of sustainable scientific publication services, LIPIHKI is committed to supporting the academic and research capacity development of lecturers and researchers while encouraging the production of impactful research that contributes to society.
This initiative supports the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, by strengthening research capacity, scientific publication, and knowledge dissemination. It also aligns with SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals by fostering collaboration among researchers, academics, and various stakeholders in generating and disseminating research-based innovations.
