Permitted student activities include personal development programs, the enhancement of students' soft and hard skills, and various academic and non-academic activities.
All activities related to welcoming new students, introducing academic study programs, and other student affairs must be conducted on campus, with official authorization and under the supervision of the faculty leadership.
FEB USU also emphasizes that students and student organizations within the faculty are prohibited from organizing or attending off-campus activities, including inauguration events, student bonding nights, retreats, outbound activities, and similar events that may lead to bullying, physical or verbal violence, or sexual harassment.
Furthermore, the FEB USU leadership will not facilitate, authorize, or assume responsibility for any consequences, risks, losses, or legal implications arising from off-campus activities conducted without official approval. Any violation of these regulations will be subject to disciplinary sanctions in accordance with the applicable Student Code of Ethics and Academic Regulations of Universitas Sumatera Utara.
Through these regulations, FEB USU reaffirms its commitment to fostering a safe, orderly, and responsible environment for student activities while supporting students' positive personal and academic development.
