Call for Multi-Year Community Service Proposals 2025
The Directorate of Research and Community Service (DPPM) announces the submission period for proposals under the 2025 Multi-Year Community Service Program, under the Entrepreneurship- and Region-Based Empowerment Scheme.
This program is part of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology’s strategic efforts to enhance the quality and relevance of research—and innovation-based community service activities in support of implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.

Entrepreneurship-Based Empowerment (PBK)
Empowerment of Regional Superior Product Business Partners (PM-UPUD)
Region-Based Empowerment (PBW)
Regional Empowerment (PW)
Assisted Village Empowerment (PDB)
Proposal Submission Schedule and Requirements
📅 Submission period: July 13 – 31, 2025 (until 23:59 WIB)
🌐 Via the website: https://bima.kemdiktisaintek.go.id
📌 Proposals must be uploaded by the lead lecturer via the BIMA account and verified/approved by the Head of LP/LPM/LPPM no later than August 1, 2025.
📌 Proposal status:
Rejected: cannot be revised.
Returned as draft: can be revised and resubmitted.
Approved: will proceed to administrative verification and substantive evaluation by DPPM.
📌 Proposals that pass the substantive review and are deemed eligible for funding will undergo a site visit for further verification.
