Academic Schedule Announcement for Odd Semester A.Y. 2025/2026
In accordance with the Academic Calendar of Universitas Sumatera Utara, the undergraduate lectures for the Odd Semester of Academic Year 2025/2026 at the Faculty of Economics and Business will be held as follows:

Lecture Period: August 18 – October 3, 2025, and October 20 – December 5, 2025

Mid-Semester Examinations (UTS): October 6 – 17, 2025

Final Examinations (UAS): December 8 – 19, 2025
Important Provisions:

All undergraduate (S1) lectures are conducted onsite (offline).

Students must attend at least 80% of total class meetings to be eligible for the final examinations.
- For courses taught by a team, coordination among lecturers is required.

Lecturers are required to prepare a Course Contract, including an Outline, Lesson Plan (RPS), and Module for each course.

Teaching schedules and attendance lists must be managed through the USU Academic Information System (SIA USU).
