The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FEB USU), in collaboration with the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS), invites the entire academic community to attend the LPS Call for Research 2025 with the theme "Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector to Enhance Productivity and Reinforce Economic Structure."

The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FEB USU), in collaboration with the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS), presents LPS Call for Research 2025 under the theme “Developing and Strengthening the Financial Sector to Enhance Productivity and Reinforce Economic Structure.”

This program serves as a platform for academics, researchers, students, and practitioners to gain insights into developments within the financial sector and the role of research in supporting sustainable economic growth. Through this forum, participants are expected to develop a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities involved in strengthening the financial sector as a key pillar of national development.

The event features distinguished speakers from the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) and Universitas Sumatera Utara who will share their expertise, experiences, and perspectives on financial sector policies and development strategies. Furthermore, the program encourages the generation of innovative research ideas that can contribute to Indonesia’s economic progress.

Through collaboration between academia and professional institutions, this initiative is expected to enhance research capacity, strengthen academic networks, and promote innovation that addresses the needs of national economic development.

This program supports the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, through the enhancement of research capacity, knowledge development, and learning quality in the fields of economics and finance.
