Description

Students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FEB USU), have been selected as prospective 2026 Wakaf Ambassadors of the Izzatul Amaliyah KAMUSU Foundation (YIAK) and were scheduled to participate in the 2026 Final-Stage Educational Assistance (BBTA) Award Ceremony. Organized by YIAK, the event was scheduled for Thursday, October 22, 2026, at the Academic Senate Meeting Room on the third floor of the USU Rectorate Building.

The FEB USU students listed as prospective 2026 YIAK Wakaf Ambassadors are Indah Wulandari and Amalia Rahmawati from the Undergraduate Accounting Study Program, and Salsabila Syafa Sinaga from the Undergraduate Development Economics Study Program.

This initiative is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), by supporting access to and continuity of education, and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) through collaboration between higher education institutions and foundations to support educational development.

The students' participation is expected to contribute to their personal development while strengthening their awareness of educational advancement and social contribution within the community.
