Odd semester academic registration:

  1. Single Tuition Fee Payment August 1 to August 19, 2024;
  2. Study Plan Report Input August 2 - August 20, 2024;
  3. Study Plan Report Change August 26 - August 30, 2024.

Even semester academic registration:

  1. Single Tuition Fee Payment January 20 - February 7, 2025;
  2. Study Plan Report Input January 21 - February 8, 2025;
  3. Study Plan Report Change February 17 - February 21, 2025.

For students who will graduate in the 2024/2025 academic year, the graduation schedule is at

  • Period 1 : 21-22 August 2024,
  • Period 2: 25-26 November 2024, and
  • Period 3 : 6-7 February 2025

If there is a change in the schedule, it will be announced.
