The activity featured Dr. Farah Akmar Anor Salim from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) as the speaker. In her presentation, participants were introduced to the concept of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) as a framework for understanding and designing business models, covering Key Partners, Key Activities, Key Resources, Value Proposition, Customer Relationships, Channels, Customer Segments, Revenue Streams, and Cost Structure.

This webinar provided students with insights into how a business model can be systematically designed to create, deliver, and capture value. The activity was also part of the efforts of the Undergraduate Program in Management to broaden students' perspectives through learning relevant to developments in the business and entrepreneurship sectors.

The implementation of this webinar supports Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education, through the provision of learning and knowledge development for students, as well as SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, through strengthening academic collaboration and knowledge sharing with a speaker from an international higher education institution.

With the implementation of this fourth webinar, the Undergraduate Program in Management, FEB USU, has completed the four-webinar series, which served as a platform for enriching students' knowledge while strengthening academic networks with speakers from various institutions.
