PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) held a Public Lecture with the theme "State Budget Talk Completely Peels Our Money and Assets Management System", which was attended by the North Sumatra DJKN Regional Office at the Ministry of Finance and PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) on Thursday, November 16, 2023 in the hall of Prof. Dr. Soehadji Hadibroto.
The event was opened by Dr. Fadli, S.E., M.Si., Dean of FEB USU, and continued with a Keynote Speech by the Head of the North Sumatra DJKN Regional Office, Dodok Dwi Handoko. In his remarks, Dodok said that the housing sector is one of the government's top priorities to be able to provide decent housing for the community. Through PT SMF, the government provides financing support for ready-to-live mortgages, Housing Micro Loans and Hire Purchase Mortgages so that people's needs for decent and affordable housing can be met.
Furthermore, the presentation delivered by the speakers from the Coordinator of the Financing Working Group of Senior Policy Analyst of the State Budget Policy Center of the Fiscal Policy Agency of the Ministry of Finance, Widodo Ramadyanto, Head of Internal, Legal, and Information Compliance of the North Sumatra DJKN Regional Office, Budi Prayitno, Head of the Credit Management Division of PT SMF (Persero) Soraya Ramli, which was followed by a discussion and question and answer by the participants guided by a moderator from FEB USU Lecturers, Coki Ahmad Syahwier.
