The inauguration marked an important moment in strengthening the role of student organizations as a platform for developing academic capacity, leadership, creativity, and collaboration within the Management Science Doctoral Program.

The appointment of the Management Science Doctoral Program Student Association Management Board of FEB USU for the 2026–2028 Period was established through the Decree of the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Sumatera Utara, Number 740/UN5/D/FEB/SK/KM.04.01/2026. The management consists of the core management as well as the Teaching, Research, and Community Service Divisions.

The composition of the core management of the Management Science Doctoral Program Student Association of FEB USU for the 2026–2028 Period is as follows: Saidan Sany Lubis as Chairperson, Firmansyah as Vice Chairperson, Gebby Citra Ananda as Secretary, Ainun Mardhiyah as Vice Secretary, and Emelia Rahmadany Putri Gami as Treasurer.

In addition to the core management, there are three divisions in the organizational structure, namely the Teaching Division, coordinated by Annisa Sanny; the Research Division, coordinated by Salman Farisi; and the Community Service Division, coordinated by Soulthan Saladin Batubara.

The Student Association is expected to serve as a platform for students to actively participate in various activities that support the development of knowledge, skills, and organizational experience. This also supports Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education, particularly in encouraging the creation of a learning environment that supports the development of student capacity and competencies beyond formal academic activities.

With the establishment of the 2026–2028 management board, the Management Science Doctoral Program Student Association is expected to carry out its organizational mandate properly and organize various activities that benefit students and support the advancement of the Management Science Doctoral Program of FEB USU.
