Medan, August 14, 2026 — The Pengenalan Kehidupan Kampus bagi Mahasiswa Baru (PKKMB) at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FEB USU) 2026 concluded with enthusiasm, creativity, and a strong sense of togetherness. Various activities were organized not only to introduce students to the academic environment but also to foster closer connections between new students and the FEB USU community.

The day's activities began with an assembly attended by all FEB USU new students. The program continued with an introduction to student organizations within each department, which serve as platforms for students to develop their potential, interests, talents, and organizational skills throughout their university experience.
The atmosphere became even more lively with the Chants Battle, a cheer competition between groups of new students. The activity showcased their teamwork, creativity, and enthusiasm while strengthening the sense of togetherness among the new students of FEB USU.

Students were then introduced to the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Sumatera Utara (BEM FEB USU) as one of the student organizations at the faculty level.
The excitement continued with FEB Got Talent, which provided new students with an opportunity to showcase their talents and creativity. The variety of performances brought energy to the event while demonstrating that FEB USU students possess not only academic potential but also diverse talents in the arts and creative fields.
To conclude the PKKMB FEB USU 2026 series, the faculty held Origami Messages, an activity featuring the release of motivational messages specially written by FEB USU leaders, lecturers, and education staff. The messages represented their support and hopes for the new students as they begin their journey as members of the FEB USU community.

The moment also symbolized that the students' journey at FEB USU is not merely about beginning their academic studies, but also about developing enthusiasm, courage, and commitment to continuous growth and excellence.
The PKKMB FEB USU 2026 series also reflected the faculty's commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, through efforts to create an educational environment that supports the development of students' knowledge, character, creativity, leadership, and potential. The involvement of faculty leaders, lecturers, education staff, and students throughout the activities also aligns with SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, which emphasizes the importance of collaboration in achieving shared objectives.
