Medan - USU carried out maintenance on outdoor benches in the faculty’s garden and open areas. The work aimed to keep the benches sturdy, safe, and comfortable for students, lecturers, and educational staff.
Benches located outdoors are exposed to sun and rain and therefore require regular inspection and care. According to the report, the work included physical inspections, removal of dirt, moss, and rust, repair or replacement of damaged components, and repainting.
The report states that the benches included in the maintenance work were restored to a sturdy and usable condition. Their appearance also improved after cleaning and repainting, helping maintain a more attractive campus environment.
This outdoor-facility maintenance is part of FEB USU’s efforts to preserve campus infrastructure and extend the service life of existing assets.
