Medan - FEB USU carried out maintenance of its closed-circuit television (CCTV) system in July 2026 across the faculty. The work formed part of efforts to keep security facilities operational for area monitoring and campus asset protection.

CCTV systems help security personnel monitor key areas and provide recordings for review when needed. Maintenance covered inspections of cameras and supporting equipment, recording systems, network connections, and monitoring functions.

According to the implementation report, the work aimed to keep CCTV equipment functioning properly, improve the reliability of the monitoring system, and reduce the risk of equipment disruptions. Preventive maintenance also supports the long-term use of campus security infrastructure.

FEB USU continues to maintain operational facilities to help provide a safe and conducive environment for academic and administrative activities.
