FEB USU Holds Judicium Ceremony for Period II Graduates of Academic Year 2025/2026
The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FEB USU), held the Judicium Ceremony for Undergraduate, Master’s, and Doctoral graduates of Period II Academic Year 2025/2026 on Wednesday, February 4, at the Prof. Dr. Suhadji Hadibroto Hall, FEB USU.
The ceremony was attended by all graduation candidates from various study programs and serves as one of the mandatory academic stages that must be completed prior to participating in the university’s official graduation ceremony.
The event began with the formal entry of the academic senate, followed by the singing of the Indonesian national anthem, Indonesia Raya, and was officially opened by the Dean of FEB USU, Dr. Fadli, S.E., M.Si., alongside the judicium proceedings for all study programs.
This was followed by the reading of the Judicium Decree for FEB USU graduates of Period II Academic Year 2025/2026. During the event, the top cum laude graduates from each study program were announced, along with the recognition of all cum laude graduates across the faculty.
As a form of academic appreciation, a symbolic sash presentation was conducted by the Dean of FEB USU, represented by the student with the highest Grade Point Average (GPA).
The ceremony also featured remarks and reflections from graduates delivered by Nadia Pramita Hz. from the Undergraduate Accounting Program, as well as a motivational speech by Dr. H. Rudi Dogar Harahap, S.E., M.B.A., M.Hum. The event was further enlivened with entertainment performances and concluded with a group photo session.
The Judicium Ceremony for Period II Academic Year 2025/2026 was officially closed by the Dean of FEB USU and concluded with the formal exit procession of the senate.
Through this ceremony, FEB USU hopes that graduates will be able to apply the knowledge, skills, and academic values gained during their studies and contribute meaningfully to society, the nation, and the country.
This activity aligns with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education, particularly in supporting the completion of higher education and improving the quality of competent and competitive graduates.
