The activity took place at the Prof. Dr. Suhadji Hadibroto Hall, FEB USU, on Monday (August 10).

The involvement of various stakeholders in the FGD was an important part of ensuring that the vision and mission being formulated remain relevant to developments in higher education, labor market needs, and students’ aspirations. This collaboration also strengthens FEB USU’s commitment to sustainable development.

The activity is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) through efforts to strengthen educational quality, SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) through aligning graduate competencies with labor market needs, and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) through collaboration among the institution, students, and graduate users.

Through this FGD, FEB USU is committed to developing a visionary, adaptive, collaborative, and sustainable vision and mission as the foundation for the faculty’s development in addressing future challenges.
