PT FAP Agri Tbk (FAPA) offers career opportunities and opportunities for personal development through two programs: the Graduate Trainee Program and the NEXTUP Early Career Program 2027/2028. These programs also provide opportunities for Accounting graduates and active Undergraduate Accounting students in their 7th–8th semesters.

The two programs consist of:

1. Graduate Trainee Program

  • Administration Assistant Trainee

2. NEXTUP Early Career Program 2027/2028

A program for D4/Undergraduate students in their 7th–8th semesters, offering the following benefits:

  • Financial assistance for final projects

  • Internship opportunities at operational units

  • Career After Graduation (an opportunity to join the Graduate Trainee pathway after graduation)
