Development Economics Bachelor’s Study Program

How can students determine the choice of courses?

Students can register with a maximum course weight of 24 credits per semester. To provide direction and strategies for students to be able to complete courses in accordance with the time, the study program has compiled a roadmap for the S1 Development Economics Study Program Curriculum.

How can students get information about lecture administration, for example study plan, final assignments or thesis?

What are the selection tests by Master and Doctoral in Accounting FEB USU?

Admission selection includes administrative selection, Academic Potential Test, and other tests determined by the study program.

When is the admission of the Master and Doctoral in Accounting FEB USU?

Admission is carried out at the beginning of each academic year and each semester. Admission of prospective students through the Cooperation program is further regulated by a rector's decree or memorandum of understanding.

What are the programs in the postgraduate program?

Postgraduate programs consist of master's programs and doctoral programs and are held based on SLS and competency-based

The study of the master program is at least 36 credits and at most 41 credits at most.
Study of doctoral program at least 42 credits and at most maximum 50 credits
Study of doctoral programs whose master's programs are not at least 52 credits and at most 60 credits.

What requirements must prospective students meet for Master and Doctoral Accounting FEB USU?

Graduated from an undergraduate program (S1) from a university recognised by the government with an accredited study program that has been certified in the discipline of science, is in the same field or not in the same field as the chosen study program
Graduates of the program (D-4) who have worked for at least 2 years and enrolled on matriculation
Have a GPA greater than or equal to 2.75 on a scale of 0 to 4
For prospective students who have a GPA smaller than 2.75 are required to demonstrate their academic ability by submitting a scientific scientific paper
Have the ability to speak English as evidenced by TOEFL certificate (value at least 450) or equivalent from an institution recognised by the university.

Graduated from a master's program from a university recognised by the government with an accredited study program, has been certified in the discipline of science that is in the same field or not in the same field as the selected study program
Have a GPA greater than or equal to 3.00 on a scale of 0 to 4
Make a research proposal in accordance with the field of science that will be followed
Have the ability to speak English as evidenced by TOEFL certificate or equivalent from an institution recognised by the university.

What curriculum is used in Master and Doctoral in Accounting FEB USU?

The Master and Doctoral of Accounting FEB USU curriculum refers to KKNI and SN DIKTI.

What are the new prospective students of Master and Doctoral in Accounting FEB USU to fulfill administrative requirements?

Each student is required to re-register at the beginning of each semester according to the front of the semester in accordance with the academic calendar schedule with the following provisions:
- Pay off the registration administration fee
- Paying tuition fees for 1 semester
Students who do not re-register are not entitled to receive academic services and the students concerned are declared PKA.
Students who do not register in 2 consecutive semesters without notice and written permission from the dean or director of SPS are declared to have dropped out of the study.

What should prospective students of Master and Doctoral in Accounting FEB USU do after re-registering?

Students who have re-registered are required to fill in Study Plan Form at the beginning of each semester through the portal (SIA) of the university.

What are the requirements for a Master's and Doctoral in Accounting FEB USU?

Scheduled lecture activities are carried out in at least 14 face-to-face sessions and a maximum of 16 face-to-face sessions.
Students are required to attend at least 80 percent of the number of face-to-face sessions
If students do not fulfill the provisions as referred to, it is declared that they are not entitled to take the final exam and are not entitled to a grade.

What are the provisions listed in the evaluation of the Master and Doctoral in Accounting FEB USU?

Evaluation consists of UTS, UAS, and other structured assignments. and other structured assignments.
If a student cannot take the exam due to illness, he/she must give a reason and can be given a follow-up exam.
The follow-up exam is no later than 1 month after the scheduled exam.
