Class Schedule During the Holy Month of Ramadan
📢 FEB USU Class Schedule Adjustments During Ramadan 1446 H and UTBK-SNBT 2025
The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FEB USU), announces important adjustments to academic activities during the Holy Month of Ramadan 1446 H and the implementation period of UTBK-SNBT 2025 to ensure the smooth continuation of learning and campus operations.
These adjustments are based on Rector's Circular No. 4555/UN5.1.R/HK.05/2025 regarding working hours during Ramadan 1446 H and take into consideration the implementation of UTBK-SNBT on campus.
📌 Class Schedule During Ramadan
For all academic levels—Undergraduate (S1), Master's (S2), and Doctoral (S3)—class hours will be adjusted to provide greater flexibility for religious observance during Ramadan. Classes scheduled on Saturdays will continue as usual without any changes.
📌 Mid-Semester Examinations (UTS)
Mid-Semester Examinations for the Even Semester of Academic Year 2024/2025 will be conducted from April 8 to April 22, 2025.
📌 Online Classes During UTBK-SNBT 2025
To support the implementation of UTBK-SNBT on campus, all classes will be conducted online from April 23 to May 3, 2025.
These adjustments reflect FEB USU’s commitment to fostering an adaptive, inclusive, and sustainable learning environment, aligned with SDG 4 (Quality Education) by ensuring accessible and high-quality educational opportunities. Furthermore, institutional coordination in supporting the implementation of UTBK-SNBT demonstrates the spirit of SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) through effective collaboration and educational governance.
All lecturers and students are encouraged to comply with these guidelines and make the necessary adjustments to ensure the smooth implementation of academic activities during this period.
