Class Schedule During the Holy Month of Ramadan

The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FEB USU), announces important adjustments to the class schedule during the Holy Month of Ramadan 1446 H and the UTBK-SNBT 2025 period.

 

These changes refer to Rector's Circular No. 4555/UN5.1.R/HK.05/2025 regarding Working Hours During Ramadan 1446 H and consider the implementation of UTBK-SNBT.

The adjustments are as follows:

 

  1. Class Schedule During Ramadan

All education levels—undergraduate (S1), Master's (S2), and Doctoral (S3)—will have shortened class hours to allow more time for religious observance. Saturday classes will proceed as usual without schedule changes.

  1. Mid-Semester Examinations (UTS)

Midterm exams for the Even Semester of the Academic Year 2024/2025 will be from April 8 to April 22, 2025.

  1. Online Classes During UTBK-SNBT

To support the UTBK-SNBT implementation on campus, all classes will be conducted online from April 23 to May 3, 2025.

 

We urge all lecturers and students to follow these guidelines and adjust accordingly to ensure the smooth running of academic activities during this period.
