These adjustments refer to the USU Rector's Circular Letter No. 4555/UN5.1.R/HK.05/2025 concerning working hours during Ramadhan 1446 H, with the following changes:
📌 Monday – Thursday:
Undergraduate Program (S1):08:00 – 09:30 WIB
09:30 – 11:00 WIB
11:00 – 12:30 WIB
14:00 – 15:30 WIB
Master’s (S2) & Doctoral (S3) Programs:16:30 – 18:00 WIB
📌 Friday:
Undergraduate Program (S1):08:00 – 09:30 WIB
09:30 – 11:00 WIB
14:00 – 15:30 WIB
Master’s (S2) & Doctoral (S3) Programs:16:30 – 18:00 WIB
📌 Saturday:
The entire FEB USU academic community is expected to adjust accordingly. Further information can be obtained through the faculty or by referring to the official circular letter.
